If you are involved in a police FIR and illegal crime, you will not be able to join our SICI organization.
আপনি যদি পুলিশ এফআইআর এবং বেআইনি অপরাধের সাথে জড়িত হন তবে আপনি আমাদের SICI সংস্থায় যোগদান করতে পারবেন না।
यदि आप पुलिस एफआईआर और अवैध अपराधों में शामिल हैं, तो आप हमारे एसआईसीआई संगठन में शामिल नहीं हो पाएंगे।

* District , State , National. Unit Officers---
These will be Officer at District ,State ,National level. They will represent SICI in his home district . They will be provided organized training in law and Communication skills. They collecting information / public complaints and providing the same to police, media and government so that they may carry out the task strengthening SICI at District level with utmost effectiveness. They will authorized to MEET and SEND Information to Local Police Officers / Distt Admin officers, all Print and Electronic media. The Renewal fees under category will be Rs. 500/- P.A

Minimum Qualification:-

General Member - High School.
District Level Officer - Intermediate School.
State Level Officer - Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in social services (SICI Exam Qualify).
National Level Officer - Post graduate with minimum 3 years experience in social services (2 Level SICI Exam Qualify).

Rules & Regulations of Membership:-

The Members and Officers of SICI are working on voluntary basis and no payment is given to them. Enrolment is non-transferable and once the Donation payment is made, it is non-refundable.
At first no big posts will be given in the new joining.
If you do well with honesty, the ranking will be increased every year through promotion.
Attendance of all SICI officers and members at the meetings or programs of the organization is mandatory.
Those who are absent from the meeting or program of the organization twice in a row will be made active members by snatching the posts given by the SICI organization.
The permission of the National Director General or the Director of the State must be sought before R.T.I against any government employee or common man. If anyone is found guilty of arbitrariness, he or she will be expelled from the institution.
SICI will not be responsible for any misuse of identity Card issued to the Membership during the course of their Membership with SICI
Before putting the SICI logo or board on your own bike or car, you need to know and get permission from the National Director General or the Director of the State.
Any kind of misbehavior or misconduct mat result in rejection of Enrolment of SICI. All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Dakshin Dinajpur.
Don’t misbehave with people in any khaki uniform (police department employee). If you make a mistake while driving and the police ask you to show your driving license, show your driving license without showing the SICI ID card. If people wearing khaki uniforms are involved in corruption, report it to the National Director General or the State Director, who will take further action on behalf of the SICI.
It is a crime for people to introduce themselves as police by showing the ID card of SICI. The organization itself will take action against such person and if proven, he will be expelled from the organization.
Renew the ID card within 30 days of expiration. Otherwise, after 30 days, the full membership fee has to be paid.
If the card is lost somewhere, Rs.500 / - for making the card again and N.O.C. You have to give a letter to the police department.
Strict action will be taken against the Member, if found guilty floating the rules and regulation of SICI
A 15-member committee needs to be formed to start a new office.
